Anti-corruption Policy
SYSInfo Kft. constantly supervises and develops its activities, services, management systems and considers compliance with the laws to be its fundamental obligation. Competitive, responsible, transparent and corruption-free operation is important to our company. The management and all employees of SYSInfo Kft unanimously share the view that corruption is a phenomenon that causes serious social, moral, economic and political problems, hinders development, distorts competition, violates legal certainty, violates human rights, increases the costs of doing business and creates uncertainty. it leads to material damage in commercial transactions, deteriorates the quality of products and services, destroys trust in institutions and prevents fair and efficient functioning of markets.
Goal
This Anti-Corruption Policy is in line with the vision, strategy and goals of SYSInfo Kft., and supports the introduction of reasonable and proportionate measures for the prevention, detection and management of corruption. The Anti-Corruption Policy also helps our Company avoid or at least reduce the costs, risks and damages caused by corruption, as well as increase the good reputation of SYSInfo Kft. and strengthen trust in its business activities. Compliance with the rules contained in the Anti-corruption Policy is the duty of all employees of our Company, however, the support of the anti-corruption organizational culture (including the communication and enforcement of the rules) is a priority task of the management. The scope of this Anti-Corruption Policy covers corruption and closely related activities that seriously violate organizational rules and values (for example, fraud, cartels and other anti-trust or anti-competitive violations, as well as money laundering).

Scope
The scope of this Anti-Corruption Policy covers corruption and closely related activities that seriously violate organizational rules and values (for example, fraud, cartels and other anti-trust or anti-competitive violations, as well as money laundering). This policy applies to all employees, managers, directors, contractual partners and other relevant parties of SYSInfo Kft. Everyone is required to comply with this policy, regardless of geographic location or the nature of the business area.
Concept of Corruption and Bribery
Corruption is any conduct in which a person obtains or offers an unfair advantage in business or other relationships. Bribery is the act of offering, giving or accepting money, gifts, services or other value in order to influence a business or official decision.
Commitment and Expectations
Our company is responsible for complying with all applicable anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws and voluntary standards, including:

✓ CXLIII of 2015 law on public procurement,
✓ LVII of 1996 Act on the Prohibition of Unfair Market Conduct and Restriction of Competition (Tpvt.),
✓ XXV of 2023 Act on complaints, reports of public interest, and rules related to the reporting of abuses, 1
✓ CIV of 2001 Act on criminal law measures applicable to legal entities,
✓ OECD guidelines,

✓ European Union regulations,
✓ Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA),
✓ UK Bribery Act 2010.
Gifts and Entertainment: Employees may not accept or offer gifts or entertainment that may influence or appear to influence their business decisions.
Reimbursement: All reimbursements must be accurately and fully documented and comply with company policies.
Public Procurement and Contracts: All public procurement and contracting procedures must be transparent and fair.
Reporting obligations
All employees of SYSInfo Ltd. are required to report any suspicious activity or concerns about corruption to the designated internal supervisor or to management. All reports will be treated confidentially and will be thoroughly investigated. The management of SYSInfo Ltd. has set the following expectations for its employees in order to ensure that its anti-corruption efforts are effective: study, become familiar with and comply with anti-corruption legislation, the procedures adopted by our Company and avoid transactions and circumstances that may create even the appearance of any illegal activity (which to a third party could reasonably be perceived as corruption). Promptly report to the management if you become aware of or have concerns about corruption involving SYSInfo Ltd. However, it is important to note that no one should be subjected to any disadvantage, discrimination, disciplinary action (threats, isolation, demotion, denial of promotion, transfer, dismissal, intimidation, retaliation, harassment) for making a good faith report.
Consequences
Involvement in corruption and bribery activities can have serious consequences, including disciplinary action, termination of employment, and legal proceedings. SYSInfo Ltd. reserves the right to notify the appropriate authorities of any case involved.
Education and Awareness
SYSInfo Ltd. provides regular training to its employees on the prevention of corruption and bribery and on the relevant rules and procedures.
Review and Update
This policy will be reviewed regularly and updated as necessary to ensure that it is in line with legislative changes and the internal needs of the company.
